2. How We Use Your Information

• create and manage your Rukni account;
• connect you with the community you select;
• display and manage parking listings;
• enable parking arrangements between users;
• operate, maintain and improve the Platform;
• communicate with you about your account or activity;
• prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;
• investigate breaches of our Terms & Conditions; and
• comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. Information Shared With Other Users

Rukni is a marketplace, so certain information must be visible to other users for the Platform to work.

This may include information contained in a parking listing, such as the community, parking location or bay, price, availability and limited profile information associated with the listing.

Where users enter into a parking arrangement, additional information may be made available where reasonably necessary for the Space Provider and Renter to complete that arrangement.

You should not provide another user with personal information that is not reasonably necessary for the parking arrangement.

4. Service Providers

Rukni uses third-party technology and service providers to operate the Platform.

These providers may process information on Rukni's behalf for services such as:

• website hosting;
• database storage;
• account authentication;
• email and notifications;
• security and system monitoring; and
• other technical infrastructure required to operate Rukni.

These providers may process or store information outside the United Arab Emirates.

Rukni does not sell your personal information.

Rukni is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Platform.
